1 pound yellow cornmeal
2 cups powdered milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 teaspoons butter
2 eggs

Procedures :
Mix all ingredients. Fry in hot vegetable oil, dropping mixture by tablespoons into the oil. Makes about 30.
