1 large kosher dill pickle
8 ounces cream cheese (room temperature)
Thinly sliced ham or dried beef slices

Procedures :
Dry pickle well. Cover with ream cheese. Wrap with meat and spread remaining cream cheese over the meat. Refrigerate until cream cheese is firm. Slice in thin slices to serve.
