10 ounces egg noodles
8 ounces sour cream
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
16 ounces shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
1 small can tomato sauce
Green onions to taste
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder

Procedures :
Brown ground beef. Cook noodles until done. Combine all ingredients well, saving half of Cheddar cheese to top the casserole. Bake at 375 degrees F for 45 minutes.
